As long time Seattleites, Tracy & Randall O'Dowd love this region and its architecture. 

We live in a 1959 Albert O. Bumgartner home overlooking Alki Beach. We feel that living in an architect designed space is inspiring every day and we would love to share our home with you and also hear about your experiences living in your special home. 

We hope to see you at one of our events soon. It is a fun forum for discussing the details of your home, maintenance, and interior design. Plus all the members are amazing people who get to live in amazing homes!
